For an authentic style, we’d recommend selecting pieces in a range of sizes and shapes and setting the stones into shallow holes dug into the ground. Slabby Sandstone Sizes (mm) Product Description Hardwearing with a natural textured surface, this rockery stone is one of the most versatile stones that we bring to the market place. Slabby Sandstone is a brown, bulky rockery stone. Often with a flat top and bottom surfaces, this attractive earthy rockery is ideal for building layers and creating height in any landscape scheme. It can be used to make step ends or enormous stepping stones. Occasionally, flat pieces can be found 2-3 metres long, sometimes longer. Rockery 1-2 Man-handleable 25kg - 1t approx
