CED Stone Group to exhibit at ScotHort
CED Stone Group will be exhibiting at this year’s very first ScotHort event. Hosted by Eljays44, ScotHort will be taking place at the Royal Highland Centre in Edinburgh on the 16th September. ScotHort aims to bring together the Landscaping, Arboriculture and Grounds Care industries within Scotland.
In addition to exhibiting, CED’s Managing Director, Giles Heap, will be collaborating with Steintec’s Engineer, Steve Burton, to present a joint Masterclass on “Rigid Pavement Design with Natural Stone – Best Practice”.
In most cases, issues and failures in paving, including staining, can be avoided from as early as the design process. Giles and Steve will use their expertise in the industry to explain how. The hour long presentation will include a 15 minute Q&A session and will be suitable for architects, designers, contractors and landscapers alike.
Giles said: “It is an honour to have been asked to give a Masterclass at ScotHort, and I am really looking forward to present this as a joint ‘class’ with Steve Burton from Steintec. So many of the problems that occur with natural stone paving are caused by either poor design or laying technique. As such, Steve and I, hope to give all those attending the necessary tools to understand these issues, enabling high quality, long lasting and sustainable paving to be laid, whether for a patio, or a bus lane.”
CED are delighted to be exhibiting at ScotHort and delivering the Masterclass in support of Eljays44 and look forward to meeting with new, old, and existing clients. We would like to invite all those who can to attend ScotHort, and visit us on stand 10, where staff will be available to answer any questions and provide further information on all our products.
