Details

The garden imagines the aftermath of a catastrophic meteor strike, where new life emerges from a fractured landscape. Colourful, resilient planting attracts pollinators, birds and wildlife, helping to restore and heal the land.

The meteor acts as a powerful focal point, symbolising trauma and destruction, contrasted by a vibrant planting scheme adapted to poor soils, changing moisture levels and the increasing extremes of British weather. Towering birds’ nests within the planting offer hope and renewal.

Weathered Limestone Rockery and Limestone Gabion stone, supplied by CED Stone, form an integral part of the garden’s structure and character.
