Details
The garden takes its inspiration from St. James—the patron saint of Spain—and the pilgrims who journey to Santiago de Compostela. It is designed to evoke the atmosphere of this spiritual voyage and the enchanting, mystical forests of Galicia.
Key features include a pilgrim statue, the iconic Camino symbols of the Santiago cross and the yellow wayfinding arrow, a water fountain, a natural pond, and woodland-style planting that reflects the character of the route. CED Stone Group supplied the boulders, Golden Amber footpath gravel, Scottish Beach Pebbles, and bespoke Grampian Granite that help bring the landscape to life.
