The redevelopment of Inverclyde’s historic James Watt Dock represents one of the largest individual redevelopment projects ever undertaken in Scotland.

Our supply to this project included 500m2 of Chinese paving in a mix of 5 colours‚ some elements fine picked and some flame textured. The paving was required in a very short time-scale with the colours mixed in the containers to allow quick laying of the stones on site. Logistically this presented some difficult problems but our Processing team met the deadlines successfully and achieved the required priority loading.

Other products we supplied to this project included 600m2 of 100mm silver grey textured setts‚ various trims to segregate the different areas and CEDEC Silver. The end result is visually very stunning with the mix of colours blending with great beauty across the paved areas.
