Details:
The regeneration of Forfar Town Centre gave a much-needed boost to commerce in the area as old, dilapidated buildings and dull narrow streets were transformed to bright and interesting spaces.
The main pavement areas are laid in colourful Indian Sandstones with beige‚ pink and brown tones. The same sandstones are also used here to produce radial steps and benches. The kerbs are silver, grey bush-hammered granite and included radius sections and droppers. Bands of reclaimed setts and new Portuguese cobbles complete the fresh‚ vibrant look of the revamped Town Centre.
